The Faculty Development Committee provides services to help faculty of the UPSOM to enhance teaching skills.

The ADME Med Ed Day Planning Committee is charged with planning and executing the yearly ADME Med Ed Day conference.
- Membership

The ADME Membership committee is responsible for carrying out the selection process for new members of the Academy and for ensuring current members continue to meet criteria to remain active in the Academy.
- Mentorship in Medical Education (MIME)

The MIME committee seeks to promote the educational endeavors of University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine faculty by providing medical educators with mentorship and guidance including faculty educator onboarding, approaches for successful scholarship, successful path to promotion and skills for difficult communication.
